My Weight Loss Journey 

It starts tomorrow! This won’t be easy 😏

  • No pasta, rice, potatoes, legumes, bread or cereal
  • No fruit or fruit juice
  • No nuts
  • No soda
  • No alcohol

What did I get my self into?

But have no fear! I can do this!!! My goal is to loose 30 pounds and all this belly fat that is covering my six pack!!!

    That sounds strict! I thought I was being strict with myself. I cut out soda, alcohol, bread (occasionally I have whole grain), and tortillas. I’ll snack on almonds or walnuts, in moderation. It just seems hard but it is all about getting used to it! You can do it!!!

    I’m surprised u need to lose weight with all that running you do! You can do it! I’ve lost 40 lbs cutting back on my portions and going to the gym!
