Plethora of Vegies

In my 50 years, I have never eaten so many vegetables!  My shopping list yesterday included: red bell peppers, chayote squash, broccoli crowns, watercress, cucumbers, asparagus, sweet onion, romaine hearts and brussel sprouts.

    Oh really? 🙂 Good luck with your diet. I can’t imagine myself eating only greens.. veggies are our body’s best friends! But you may want to try fruits.. for your juice diet.. 🙂 It’s sweet and healthy too.

      The vegetables are only part of the protocol. 4 cups per day. Dinner I can eat 8 oz. of the protein of my choice. More info at
