Day Twenty-Seven : still dropping!

I am down to 172!

In case you are wondering what I ate yesterday, here it is:

coffee – 1 cup & pudding mix (waffel)

pomgranite bar

steamed broccoli , zucchini & brussel sprouts – 2 cups, salad with: red lettuce, red bell pepper and radish, orange drink.

steamed broccoli & zucchini – 2 cups, 5 eggs ( 3 egg whites only)

10 glasses of water throug out the day

Supplements: 2 multi vitamines, 4 cal-mag, 2 omega-3pluss and 1 potasium

Bold items are Ideal Protein foods.
